Pre-Training: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skills gaps and desired outcomes and collect internal and external feedback.
Training: Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with learning objectives.
Post-Training: Monitor progress, conduct a follow-up evaluation after three months, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
